Medicinal ingrediants

(1) Cummin seeds

Botanical name-  Cuminum cymium Linn

Family name- Umbelliferae

Sanskrit -Jeeraka,

Malayalam- Jeerakam

Hindi- Safed Jeera

(2)Wild Cummin seeds

Botanical name-  Vernonia Anthelmintica

Family name- Umbelliferae

Malayalam-Kattu  Jeerakam

Sanskrit: Somaraji

Hindi:Banjeera

(3) Fenugreek 

Botanical name-  Trigonella foenum greacum Linn

Family name- Umbelliferae

Malayalam- Uluva

Sanskrit-Methika

                                                 Hindi- Methi

(4) Carom Seeds

Botanical name-  Trachyspermum ammi

Family name- Apiaceae

Malayalam- Ayamodakam

Sanskrit- Ajwain

Hindi- Ajwain

Medicine Prepration

Take equal quantity of cumin, wild cumin, fenugreek and carom seeds( eg 100gm each that is 400 grams of total seeds) wash and clean it and dry it. powder the seeds together .

Dosage

Take a table spoon full of the medicinal powder and boil it one 100ml  of water and drink the water 3 times a day
