is a sweetener derived from any variety of palm tree. Palm sugar is sometimes qualified by the type of palm, as in coconut palm sugar. While sugars from different palms may have slightly different compositions, all are processed similarly and can be used interchangeably.

Medicine Preparation

Take a handful of  leaves of  Malabar nut put it on a hot fry pan  and wilt it . Take the wilted leaves and extract juice out of it, keep the juice aside. Take 5 grams of cumin seed and heat it on a fry pan until it turn slight brown grind  it along 5 grams of  palm candy and make it fine powder, mix it with Malabar nut juice

Dosage

Drink the mixture three times a day . Continue it for 4 days
